How to convert a PDF to Excel

Open the PDF in AllofPDF. If it is a scanned document, run OCR first so the pages contain real text.
Choose Export and pick Excel (XLSX), or press Ctrl K and type “convert to Excel”.

Scanned statements and faxes are only pictures of text, so run the free built-in Windows OCR first. Tables without clear column alignment or with merged cells may need a quick check after export. CSV files are written in UTF-8 with a byte-order mark, so Excel shows accented and Asian characters correctly, and cells that would start a formula are neutralised for safety.
